Apartment was clean and in a good location, staff was friendly and helpful

The place was very clean, new and welcoming, the location central and close to everything. But most importantly, the office staff were very helpfull, friendly and caring.

Yes, it was everything we had hoped for. Well located and appointed. Close to everything. The best part was the helpful YOUROPO staff. RITA was amazingly helpful. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Her assistance made our visit so much more enjoyable. Her colleague, LUZ, was also very detailed and wonderful to work with. Thank you! To all who assisted us!

Excellent in every regard. Brilliant hotel. Great walk along the river into the centre that adds to the excitement of visiting Porto. Port houses within metres of the hotel makes it even more wow. Balconies and terraces and the views are wonderful. The rooms and suites are very well appointed, super comfortable bed, great shower room, the mini kitchen was excellent, the minibar and snacks on another great level of care and thought. Meal and drinks very good indeed. Service was exceptional throughout. If you cannot guess by now I entirely love this hotel and has a huge recommendation from me.

Large comfortable suite. Pool, jacuzzi and steam room are great additions. Breakfast choice wonderful and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, spacious and modern. The location was also good near the center of Porto and the was a metro station nearby
