Property was clean, staff were excellent, genuinely friendly and accommodating beyond belief!! Awesome breakfasts too:)

We had a wonderful stay in Charlottetown at The Great George. This is really a unique hotel, and I have never stayed anywhere quite like it. The hotel really compromises a ~block of historic downtown buildings and homes that have all been renovated and converted into modern hotel rooms. It combines the best of all worlds - location right in the middle of everything, historic charm, and modern amenities and I couldn't recommend this hotel more. The parking was free and available, the room large, clean and extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. We loved and noticed all the extra's (heated bathroom floor, extra seating, secure entrance, fast and easy internet, large TV with extensive channel collection). The lobby is wonderful and inviting, and although we didn't get to experience the breakfast (too busy in PEI!) it smelled great. Loved the tea and coffee bar, wine gatherings, cookies. I couldn't rent this hotel highly enough and am looking forward to our next visit.

Matress slides on one side. It is crushed. Bed not centered for TV. Assume it is because it has a connecting door to the other room.
