Front desk check-in was friendly enough but room, although Superior at 280euro for the night, was dirty - floors and bathroom. No place to set luggage. Shower was decent. Pool area bar drinks weak and super expensive. Bar shut down and patrons rushed out at 748pm. Spa advertised as open until 9pm but went down to use at 810pm and was told it will close at 830pm due to “upstairs shutting down water”. Huh? And they will charge 20 euro for spa access since booked through Expedia and not hotel directly. Can’t recommend this hotel - even for a night as there are better choices around.

Didn’t get our rooms until 4:30pm. In one of them the shower tray had a huge crack in it that they had tried to fix with silicone. Couldn’t be moved as the hotel was full. In the other room we found a pair of socks that were not ours. Thin walls between rooms. Staff on check in and the breakfast room were very slow. Same at the bar upstairs. Better downstairs. Needs a bit of TLC and some better training of staff. Good location, nice decor, prices at restaurants and bars not that bad.
