Absolutely charming! The owner and staff outdid themselves with welcoming us later in the evening and making sure to seat us in the quite lovely dining room for a hot meal before retiring to our spacious guest room upstairs. The room was today and had lots of thoughtful amenities: tea, coffee, a variety of snacks, lots of toiletries. Breakfast was very good and served with warmth and hospitality. Definitely a wonderful place to stay.

315 is an absolute gem of a place. So much packed into a small property set in a beautiful area. The food and service were exceptional, the room modern amd cozy. I didnt have chance to use the spa but it too looks fantastic. I will be back!

We have stayed at the hotel numerous times in the last decade, when in the UK. Always cozy, comfortable and clean. Great views! Josh, the General Manager, displays excellent customer service skills. This is a lovely old hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom modern and very clean. Only real problem was no lift, and the room was up two flights of stairs. Staff offered to assist with any luggage, but we just had small backpacks. We had lunch and food was excellent, a cut above the usual. There was a wedfing, so things were very busy, and we couldn’t have dinner there. .
