All was very good with this guesthouse. It was well appointed with the expected supplies of soap and shampoo and as a bonus there was some olive oil and balsamic vinegar which I appreciated. The location was excellent. My mother cannot handle steep climbs but was able to find a fairly level walking path around the town.

Very good clean hotel close to main attractions

This beautiful little house is like the best kept secret in bergamo. It's near a lot of restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were so clean and you can see the Craftsmanship in each room. The subaquatic theme is very cosy and I felt right at home. Simone is a very great host with the best breakfast, he makes croissants fresh in the morning and they are so perfect, flakey and soft on the inside. My boyfriend and I are definitely going back again when we go to bergamo...

This hotel is absolutely lovely. The owners are wonderful people and make you feel like you are home and among family and good friends This was a perfect spot for our trip to the Bergamo region. My wife and I look forward to coming back the next time we are in the northern part if Italy.

Apartment is very nicely situated in the center of old city. Riccardo was very helpful and arranged us parking and permit. Gorgeous location. Apartment clean and pretty large for Italy. We were pleasantly surprised. Very close to all sightseeing.

The hotel looked like a museum with all of the statues, incredible chandeliers, mosaic tile floors and artwork lining the hallways. I love how the hotel was very historic but the spa was very contemporary. The room was good for sleeping, dark and quiet, although the pillows were not great and the mattress was harder than I find comfortable. Wonderful amenities and location. Truly the grandest of the hotels along the lake.

Wonderful boutique hotel in heart of Old Bergamo. Original reservation was for a King room but when I extended time had to reserve the higher priced loft. It was lovely but awkward as bed is in lift up steel stairs and the bathroom downstairs and all is cramped. But loved it all the same.

The room was impeccable and the service was amazing. Centrally located

Very clean, beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Location was perfect right in the heart of the historic area! We loved having the windows open to hear the church bells and chatter of people out walking. Shopping, food and sights were right on our doorstep and staff were very helpful. We were not expecting housekeeping, which was a nice surprise and breakfast was superb! There were a fair amount of steps up to our apartment, so that might be something for others to consider.

This Hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay. The location is right outside the Bergamo Alta wall. It is very quiet, has a wonderful breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff, great view and artfully furnished.

Great services and surrounding areas

My husband and I loved our experience here. The hotel staff (owners?) were so welcoming! We loved the location, the room, and all of the information they provided for us. Parking is nearby, at 20 euros per night, though when we checked out they let us stay parked for as long as we would like! This is a great hotel and very close to everything in old town.
