We had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk ( i think her name was Sharon), she was friendly and welcoming same as the guy that was helping with breakfast. He was helping guest and making sure the place is clean and everything is available for breakfast. The down side of this hotel is the overnight front desk agent, i did see that she was rude with guests that arrived late at night, and i thought maybe was the guest’s fault, but the acted rudely with us when we asked for water that was available all day (her answer was “do you see water there? I said: no, then she said: so there is no water”) all this was with a rude tone.
We asked for help to print 3 pages we need, she sent us to business center that has printer with no ink. Then she said email it to an email address she gave us and we can get the printed documents in the morning at the front desk but not the same night. The email address was wrong, so we had to get sharon to help is and she did great.
The overnight agent needs to learn hospitality to work at a hotel.
