The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. We are from the area, so we were familiar, but she still took the time... She was very helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay, even though we were there for a family funeral...
