The Little Mod Hotel is a great place to stay if you’re coming to Charlottesville to visit UVA or see a football game. The hotel is clean and safe. It’s fairly basic but Iit has a cool retro style and you won’t be disappointed.

There is no shop in the hotel, maybe I need aspirin, nail clippers etc. plus it’s a university property with no swag. Big miss there.

Make sure you don't take anything in there unless you have a clear plastic bag...there is a smoking section and no umbrellas allowed in either

Women should not take a purse to JPJ. Clear bags only. Seats are small.

If you are attending an event here, do NOT bring purses that are bigger than a clutch. I learned the hard way and had to stash my purse in bushes outside the arena. Annoying and frustrating.

Buy the parking pass before they r sold out. Can't take umbrella or purse into arena, unless purse is clear
