“The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. I have never sent out my laundry at a hotel before and was a bit skeptical, but I got it back the same day in excellent condition. Also, this hotel is located within a secured estate and I felt safe throughout my stay. Breakfast not too bad. Other meals are not too encouraging. Lots of improvements needed with the meals.”
