“This is a no-frills hotel, and we booked primarily because of the low price, but we liked it well enough that we will probably return. Good: Microwave oven, in-room Keurig machine, clean room, everything working properly, new flooring in our room--not sure about the other rooms. Average: Close to highway but surprisingly not too loud, tiny bathroom (but in decent condition and clean) So-so: Loud in-wall AC unit...but it kept the room comfortable Average: ”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Sante Fe River House! It was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. I think our kids were most excited that they each had their own room! ;) The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, which is important to us, since we prefer to cook most of our meals at home. The river was flooded while we were there, so we didn't get to use the dock, but we enjoyed the scenery and the close proximity to Ichetucknee Springs State Park. Would highly recommend this...

“The house was gorgeous and very clean. It was in ideal spot and just 10 minutes from downtown. Very nice golf cart ride. They had a lot of amenities to the house. It was very spacious for all of us and there were 8 of us. The host Ashley was very friendly and answered me on questions very soon after I text her. I had two text her three times and the last day for check out our truck would not start. Message her about check out and she was very understanding. But thank God we were only 10 minutes...

“Described perfectly and beautifully decorated. Management team worked with me on a couple of requests. The only issue we had was the light sconces in the “fish room” would not work so there wasn’t much light especially at night. That issue didn’t affect my rating as it was still 5 stars on everything.”
