"Bad Axe Motel may not be a new modern establishment, but it's updated, very clean, comfortable beds, equipped kitchenette, in the country on a main road, & convenient location. With parking right in front of room door. I would absolutely stay again, and recommend it."

"Lisa was a fantastic host and responded right away to any questions I had. She even has a special gift for my girlfriend's birthday when we arrived. The tiny house/cottage was brand new condition, very clean and fully stocked. Check in and out was a breeze. There are so many beaches within a few miles either way which we explored. Definitely will return."

"Wonderful property! We held our wedding here and it was absolutely gorgeous, from the house itself, to the beach it was so beautiful. We also saw an epic display of the northern lights at the end of the night of our wedding! It was a magical trip and we will certainly hope to be back! I’d reccommend this property to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a small intimate wedding setting. It was beyond what we could have imagined.
