“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, and I especially enjoyed watching the ducks by the pond behind the building. The hotel offers accessible rooms, which is thoughtful and inclusive. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who was incredibly attentive—they noticed my needs without being asked and kindly assisted me with printing, which was far beyond my expectations. “We were in town for a wedding. This property was close to our venue. We were personally greeted by our host, Nancy when we arrived. Very nice!!! Her place is so comfy and cozy and SPOTLESS. Unfortunately, we were not in town long enough to enjoy her lovely, covered patio with a picnic table, chairs and a grill. Not to mention the cute white lights lining the roof top. The lake is very close, within walking distance, as are your neighbors as it is located in a mobile home/RV Park. If the need……

“Cabin was clean and neat and as expected. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would stay here again for sure. Minor issues: Coffee maker didn't work TV - Couldn't get any channels to come in. No Biggie sitting around the camp fire was much better. Bedding-Sheets were very cheap and was an issue. But they told us that before arrival so next time we will bring our own sheets. These are all minor items. We met the owner very nice and professional. Overall great experience and I recommend the cabin.”

“Property was as described in the listing. Everything felt safe and clean upon arrival. The dock is a huge bonus if you want to enjoy the lake, my son and I caught 112 fish including a 6 lb largemouth for my son his personal best. The time off the lake was great with the large windows and the cabin gave us a nice place to ride out some weather, complete a puzzle and enjoy family time. Would definitely book again. ”

“We had an outstanding Fourth of July weekend at this lakefront home in Rockford. The house was clean and nicely furnished with modern finishes. The yard was spacious and the owners supplied all kinds of activities to use. The sand beach was great for relaxing and for the kids to play in. Big Crooked Lake was terrific for boating and swimming, the dock provided was very convenient. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming.
