The fire pit is the best we have used at a rental. The yard is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the sun. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation. ”

“I cannot say enough great things about our stay. The property owner was amazing and so was the house. So comfortable for our large group. We felt secluded and did not have to worry about bothering neighbors. We had a rehearsal dinner there and hosted a large overnight group there after the wedding. It was so fun. ”

“Had a nice long weekend stay. Meet our adult daughter and her fiancé for some family time.The lake house was just as pictured. Everything was labeled. They had more than expected for us to use. Everything we needed. Beach towels, Suntan lotion, mosquito spray, games, Keurig, etc. The couch and the beds were very comfortable. We swam in the lake every day. There are boats to rent, but since we didn’t have the experience we decided not to. Maybe next time. Thanks for a great time. ”

“We spent 100% of our time outside on the water from sun up to sun down. The lake was beautiful, full of wildlife and warm. This location is perfect for young families. The walkout basement is ideal for spending time outdoors and coming back in for snacks, refreshments, a quick trip to the bathroom or to change. The rest of the home is basic, yet all you need. We would stay again and would love our own place on Cowden Lake. Thank you, Anne!”

“The place was open and really cute. You could sit inside or outside and watch the lake. There was a full moon and an orange moon over the lake is was stunning. The water was nice and we caught some fish right off the dock.”

“This home is three stories tall with a beautiful primary suite bedroom on the first floor with attached full bath with shower another on the second floor with a clawfoot soaking tub and separate shower in addition to the adorable little loft room. Another set of stairs take you up to two bedrooms on the third floor with curtain doorways. We were skeptical of how the temperatures would be on the third floor but the air conditioning is very capable and kept everyone cool and comfortable even in 90……
