“Enjoyed the peaceful nature of the cabin, the hot tub, and the overall comfort. The location is close to many nearby activities. Pre-arrival communication was very detailed. Once at the property there is limited cell and no WiFi service available. The only other thing to be aware of is that parking is not directly at yourcabin and luggage has to be carted in.”

“This was a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the fact that there was not a TV. The house was beautiful and full of windows, so even though it was a cold rainy weekend we still felt like we were enjoying the scenery. The only con was the fact that you could not drive right up to the cabin. This left us making multiple trips to the car for checking in and checking out. “So, overall, the property is very nice and worked well for us. My grandkids enjoyed the first floor area with the ping-pong/pool table. Their favorite was the hot tub though. Related to the hot tub, there were only enough towels for the bathroom showers (which were excellent-one for each bedroom) so we would have brought along some beach towels if we knew that to be the case. The fire pit area is as pictured, and we enjoyed several evenings out there making scores with the grandkids! The……

“Wasn’t notified until 3 days before check-in there’s no WiFi. Wasn’t informed until arriving & checking in that there would be absolutely no cell service either. Was locked out of our cabin due to a faulty keypad, was trapped outside for over an hour in the cold without crucial medication. When calling customer service, I was cussed out by an employee who doesn’t even live in this country. Finally hit a hold of the property manager briefly to have him send maintenance. Called the number again……
