When I went to the front desk to ask about this issue I was told they already knew and it was due to some sort of leak that has been an issue. No apology, no concern, no alternative solutions to address the problem. It seems very unprofessional and unsanitary to not have hot water for guests. And if they were already aware of the issue why aren't the guests notified when upon checking in. I also didn't feel comfortable eating the breakfast because how are they cleaning utensils and equipment with no hot water and no care. Being charged full price is wildly inappropriate to not have offerings of basic needs, hot water should be included, should it not.
