"This family-owned business is a little paradise not far from Madrid and in the beautiful and historical place of Escorial. Great place for a wonderful time. The breakfast was delicious. "Great location. Rooms were large. Unfortunately, there was a problem hotel wide with the hot water - as in there was not any. Although the problem was resolved, it took more than 45 minutes. Hence we had to forgo showers. Staff was helpful and provided great ideas on how to experience the area."

"The hotel locates at a far away from the address we got from the Expedia, and without clear direction after the address. We spent 10 minutes to drive back and forward in the area before we could find the right direction. There were a live music show that night started at 11:00 pm. And we were waked up because of noises on the hallway at 4:30 am. There were a lot of people talking and running load, and the sounds of door opens and closes."

"The hotel was perfect for a quiet stay in winter in Sierra de Gredos. The room was more than I expected for the price and I love the beautiful, antique style of the hotel and the amazing views. My one *small* concern is that I had to depart at 9:30- reception and breakfast were supposed to start at 9, and there was seemingly nobody at the hotel. I left my key by the front desk, but a coffee before I left would have been nice! "

"Really fabulous stay , the super friendly owners made our stay so good. Also very helpful after having my handbag stolen whilst out in a busy tourist town. Lovely clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds , great bathrooms and fabulous food! They even sent us on our way with a large chunk of homemade cake!
