"It is a Soviet era construction. It is a basic hotel. It did have all the basic amenities, and a refrigerator."

"Great Neu Hotel. Very friendly personal. Preis=service=quality Negative experience: cleaning outside of the hotel. Sunday morning , when you open the door of the hotel, On you fly old packages, paper from a market. Plus, situation with parking place should be improve. During the winter time, there will be cold to walk till the entrance and ask all time long you security to open parking. Unfortunately, during the week, they never saw it."
