“Be aware there's virtually nothing at this hotel outside July-August period - no outdoor pool, outside terraces ALL fenced off, no aquapark, lobby bar closed. Beach bar open for a limited selection of cold drinks only, but area was unkempt and down 50 steps. We didn't get the holiday we expected here. We visited in mid-September, when the weather was still up to 28 degrees C and sunny, yet the hotel provided almost none of the services pictured on the website and booking sites. It wasn't just...

“I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a quick visit in Ohrid. The receptionists were accommodating and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet were not great. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing. My daughter & I travel quite often and I can say that it's never a 4 star standard, not even 3 star!...
