1 bedroom apartment completely refurbished with quality materials, very spacious with a pleasant view of the swimming pool, sun all day on the terrace, large walk-in shower, equipped kitchen, very quiet and well maintained complex with 2 swimming pools, solarium, private parking, small pool bar, 250m from the sea and the port of Puerto Colon, supermarket, bar, restaurant nearby.
