Located in a quiet residential complex with a communal swimming pool, you will be just a 10-minute drive from the main beaches, restaurants and leisure options in the south of Tenerife.The property is laid out for your comfort. As you enter, you will find the main bathroom on the left hand side. A few steps further on, to your right, is the fully equipped kitchen, which connects directly to the bright living-dining room. From here, you will access a spacious and peaceful terrace, the perfect place to enjoy your meals al fresco or simply relax. The terrace also gives you direct access to the comfortable bedroom and a second full bathroom.
