Apartment new of 50 m2, air-conditioned, modern stay / cooking equipped, (lava dishes(crockery), refrigerator / microwave freezer, induction cooker, electric oven, oven), 2 rooms(chambers) (1 bed of 140, 2 beds of 90), an equipped shower-room (toilets and shower). In the stay 1 sofa bed in 140.
The whole giving onto a privative terrace about 100 m2 with barbecue, garden furniture and privative parking lot ( 1 car)
