“Where to start? To start there is a "cleaning fee" that was mentioned no where in the listing that was to be paid before we could receive the access code for the room. Air conditioning is on a timer also the a/c's are linked together so when you put one on the other turns off. It is a PROCESS just to get the a/c's running correctly and as the landlord is explaining to you how to "correctly" use the a/c, he will complain endlessly about the electricity bill. Then magically when we got the a/c's……

“The hosts are friendly, very respectful and courteous. The property is not too far from the beaches, which are perfect for snorkeling. Playa India, in particular is closer and offers secluded sand patches. The property is very clean and the room is perfect for solo travelers. It has an outdoor sitting porch.The bed is amazing. Very comfortable and quiet. Great value.”

“The place is beautiful, very central location. The outside sitting area was quaint. Most beaches are within a 15 min drive. There is a bakery that is within walking distance. Restaurants close by. The only issue I had was checking in. I couldn’t receive messages from the host so I had to call Vrbo to get both check in and check out instructions…but I think it may have been a Vrbo issue. Anyhow it was resolved fairly quickly”

“Host provides clear instructions, the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Some other reviews mentioned issues with the hot water, for us we just needed to let the shower run for a couple minutes before it got hot but after that it seemed fine. We didn't spend much time at the apartment other than to sleep and shower, and can't comment on what is provided as far as the kitchen goes.Generally windows are just screens with louvered covers in Puerto Rico, so even with everything closed……
