"Het appartement lag midden in het centrum wat normaliter prima was, maar door de feesten konden we er niet komen op de aankomstdag. Vervolgens moesten we met een code de deur openen, maar waarschijnlijk door de drukte was er geen verbinding met internet buiten de woning. De organisatie reageerde niet op mijn vraag om te kunnen bellen voor hulp. Er werd gevraagd om een filmpje te sturen maar ik kon niets. Dan was het in het Spaans (de uitleg), dan weer Engels. Dit ging via WhatsApp met een andere...

"A very nice apartment in a small very quiet village. Well equipped and bright.The host, Gabi, is very helpful and communicates well. He allowed us to check in early. One day I was stupid enough to close the door and left the spare set of keys inside in the lock, so could not open the door from the outside. I messaged Gabi and he arranged for a locksmith. Very efficient service. I would recommend the apartment and the host."
