"this is a luxurious parador in an absolutely stunning setting attached to a castle on a craggy mountain over Jaen. still cannot get over the views from anywhere within the hotel. Sunset to dinner on Terrace a fitting end to the day. You should consider it essential to stay here if you visit Eastern Andalucia."

"It may be in the middle of an industrial area but the hotel was great, well maintained and relatively cheap. It had a restaurant/bar attached which serves tapas with every round of drinks. We were planning on having a meal but after all that tapas there wasn't any need. Access to the hotel (although reception is manned most of the time) and room was via a WiFi operated key on your mobile, which was a bit fiddly to set up but was easy once done."
