“If you’re just using this home as a base for things like Grand Haven, Lake Michigan, Michigan’s Adventure, this is a great place. Lots of space for multiple families. Outside of home needs a lot of TLC including backyard. Inside was clean but beds were old and couches were pretty uncomfortable. Didn’t use the kayaks as the launch point is a couple blocks walk and didn’t want to deal with that.”

“Lovely, immaculate 1queen bed, 1bath with large shower in main floor condo. Very Close to downtown-just 2 blocks to most restaurants, boardwalk, & shopping. Keurig with good coffee & hot water pot for tea. Basic supplies provided, soap, shampoo, tp, paper towels , dishwasher soap, salt& pepper. hair dryer. We couldn’t have two appliances on at the same time in the kitchen or a breaker would trip and that caused the TV and internet to go out! We moved things around and made it work. A gorgeous, large, well equipped kitchen for us to cook our meals in, including a large comfortable table that we all fit around. “We had three generations together in the house- 6 adults and 4 children. There was more than enough space for every to sleep and plenty of seating areas as well. The yard was huge and we enjoyed many yard games while we were there. The beach was fabulous. Neighbor were friendly and quiet at night. Loved the historical decor and enjoyed reading the history of the house.”

“We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. ”
