"We appreciated the pleasant decor, comfortable rooms, and close proximity to Fussen and the castles. The breakfast was good and those at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. "

Hotel & Restaurant Ludwigs
5/5 Excellent
"Great stay!"

"Beautiful boutique hotel. Very friendly staff. Our room (#144) on top floor was fantastic! Huge with two bedrooms and one living room, 1 1/2 bath, 3 TV’s and a small but nice, cozy balcony with a couple chairs and small table to enjoy great views of surrounding mountains. Parking is typical Europe: very tight spaces. Plenty of EV chargers. Don’t miss garage entrance: if you pass it, very long, narrow alleys leading to dead end and NO possibility for U-turn. I had to back up 100 meters in extremely narrow allelay with weed triggering proximity sensors of vehicle causing automatic slamming of brakes constantly. Painful!!
Great location in the middle of the action area in Füssen. Not cheap, but worth it."

"Loved Hotel Hirsch. We stayed in the main building which doesn't have air conditioning. We were able to open the windows and had a nice breeze to cool off the room. Our room was located at the front of the hotel and there was traffic noise until late, but we were able to adapt by the second night.
The breakfast buffet was superb. The restaurant is exceptional. The beer garden and rooftop terrace are cozy."

"Ideally located in the heart of the castles, Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. Check in was easy and our room was small but adequate for our family. There is parking reserved for hotel guests. Breakfast is included and there is a restaurant on site. "
