“Everything is is described and nearly perfect. Bathrooms are only shared between two rooms, so they are clean and accessible and almost any time. The rooms are clean and cute, just want you would expect in such a quaint Bavarian hotel. It has easy parking and is walking distance from Altstadt.”

“房间很好，环境很好，停车场很好，但是需要进行员工培训，我可以明显感觉到我退房时，前台的两位女性，其中一位并不想服务亚洲人，所以一直在电脑前装的很忙碌，并时不时用眼睛撇我，在另一位女性给我和我老婆提供服务后，她起身开始为排在我后面的白人夫妻提供服务。”

“Dominic was one of the nicest people I’ve met. Very friendly and personable, courteous and made our stay very enjoyable. The room when we arrived was very neat and clean. Beds were very comfortable, ”

“There are bed bugs/fleas and I was bitten, both my legs and arms. Bites are swollen and still in pain until now. Also, the male receptionist (or perhaps the owner) was very rude. When we asked politely regarding the transport card and were concerned whether the cards had to be returned to them unlike the other cards like Kaprun summer card and Hallstatt card, he bluntly said, "I DON'T CARE and I have paid 3 EUR for that." (exact wording used) We asked very politely and did not expect such a rude……

“装修浪漫，温馨，无论是酒店还是房间，到处是鲜花，窗外景色很美。老式的装潢，可爱极了。可以免费停车。餐厅的装修、音乐及食物均不错，就是免费早餐稍差，可能是我们去晚了，很多东西都冷了。服务很好，所有工作人员都很友好。美好的回忆，还会再去。”

“这是一家家庭经营的旅店，很大，房间很多。在距离新天鹅堡不远的小镇上。为了看新天鹅堡，我们选择住在这里，酒店的男主人貌似很和善，但在实际安排房间时，明明我们对面的山景房是空的，他也没有安排我们入住，而是把我们安排在走廊这头，人来人往，都经过我们房间窗口，很吵闹。我们连住两晚，他居然不给安排打扫房间，而且毛巾也不给换，还是我去要的才给了一条。他的理由是，我们房间有狗，怕狗跑，所以不给打扫，一天下来厕所都有味道了，感觉很差。我开始还谢谢他想的周到，可是后来我们在其他酒店住都是打扫房间的，从来没有这样的理由。”

“這是一間非常好的酒店 無論她的位置或是景觀 Spa有漂亮的景色 而且有一個很好的泳池 前臺的伯伯英文非常好 而且會教你行那條路線去天鵝堡和去其他地方 餐廳員工也非常熱情 友善 我們只住了二晚 感覺很可惜 有機會我們在冬天會再入住這間酒店”
