He brought us to the hotel and said look at the room quickly and we will show you another property we own nearby and you can choose. He took us to the next town and proceeded to take our luggage out of the car. The room wasn’t sufficient for five people and didn’t have air conditioning in 100 degree heat. "Simply wow! This hotel is unlike any other—built into the rock formations with stunning views over Göreme and the morning hot air balloons. The cave-style room was spacious and beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with antique charm. Navigating the winding stairs to the rooftop restaurant added to the adventure. Seten Restaurant was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel also arranged incredible tours, including a hot air balloon ride and a visit to the underground city. Be sure to stay a few days—balloon launches depend on weather. A truly unforgettable stay. "
