Simple hotel (light on amenities), very good location.
Room was very clean, well styled, and comfortable bed. The bath tub/shower are raised up, so for mobility impaired people might be a challenge.
The staff were exceptionally kind and courteous. Truly an outstanding experience.

The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.

Reasonable size room. Since it is an old property, there is a lot of noise not from the outside but from the inside. Stayed in the lower floor (basement) and could hear all creaking sound from upstairs and water from the drains. Earplugs are a must.

Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home ...
