-TV, WiFi and air conditioning.
Although the barbecue is visible in the photos, it cannot be used.

Located only 3 min away from the beach and the sea, you'll be able to enjoy the sea air in order to fully relax. You'll be near all the shops, restaurants and bars. Don't forget to go explore Antibes' old city, known for its small and nice streets, its Picasso museum, and the Vauban port and the ramparts. Finally, you'll only be a few min away by car from Cannes and Nice.
