The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast had a variety of items, we especially liked the waffle station. The staff was kind and pleasant. The hotel is close to the train station and is walkable to the center of town. Definitely would return to this hotel.

Ok hotel for a couple of days. Room smelled clean but carpet was stained and dirty. Beds were comfortable and all I. All the room was clean except for carpet. Staff very friendly. Area at nighttime was sketchy. I would not walk alone if you are a solo traveler.

Perfect location

A very comfortable stay, my room at the back of the hotel has everything needed, although a bit noisy with construction work I arrived by coach from Charleroi airport, the coach station is ideally situated less than 100 meters from the hotel.

Great alround choice

Great service and comfort at hthe Holiday Inn Express. The free breakfast was very convenient. Location is a little walk from the centre but is convenient for the train station and there re many shops around. Would definitely reccommend and would stay again.

Great place.quiet close to train and tram. Air conditioning was broke and kept turning off when it was 85 outside. It would be fine and then get really hot. The front desk said the repairman was coming later this week. Other than that just fine.

The view from the our hotel room on the 7th floor was exceptional. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. Its location was perfect for what we wanted to see. It was walking distance to everything. I was hoping for a gym but they didn’t have one so to compromise if your looking for a good workout I suggest doing a few sets of the 9 floor stair well. It served me well:)

Great hotel for a city trip to Antwerp. Modern and new. Rooms are on the small side, but the beds are excellent. Nice firm matrasses. Slept like a baby here. Some mold in the bathroom. Nothing major, but cleaning / maintenance could be improved. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also excellent, with enough seating possibilities. The location of the hotel is perfect. Short walking distance to old center and shopping street 'Meir'. Also tramline 1 to the south of Antwerp (including the KMSKA museum) runs right in front of the hotel. Easy access to public transport.

Front counter staff very good. Housekeeping did not care about any requests. Came into room 3 times after being told not to. Breakfast was very, very good. No meats at all but good nutrition for the day. Would definitely stay here again but don't trust the maids.

I requested to check the security cameras at the lobby and breakfast area for friday 18, 7am to 8am, but did not get any answer if the video was checked or not.
