Hotel was located just at the edge of the main shopping and dining areas of central Bilbao. Everything seemed to be within walking distance and very convenient. Our suite was clean and large, had a separate bedroom with king bed and living area with pull-out sofa bed. It was perfect for our visit since we were dropping off our son to university and he needed to stay with us for a few days before checking into his dormitory. Breakfast was also included and consisted of pastries, breads, eggs, potatoes, ham, bacon, cheeses, fresh-cut fruit, cereals, yogurt coffees, teas and juices. We would definitely stay here again, or at another one of the Ilunion branded hotels.

very good location just opposite the market and in old town. This hotel gives best of the amenities and services. The house itself is a bit old so the floor doesn't flat and drainage system is not good，but I believe they did their best to maintain it.

We stayed at The Artist Grand Hotel of Art in Bilbao (August 23–24) and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — close to great dining options and very walkable to explore the city. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and our room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay that made our short trip to Bilbao even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Cozy rooms. Nice location.

빌바오 hot places와는 조금 떨어져있지만 대중교통 이용 (Metro, 트램) 하기는 매우 편리함. 호텔 내부는 간결하게 그리고 편리하게 잘 구비되어 있음. 주차에 대한 보다 자세한 사전 설명이 필요함. 터미널 빌딩안에 있는 호텔이라서 자동차로 호텔 접근하려면 처음에 당황스러움. 호텔 보유 주차장이 아니라 터미널 빌딩 자체 지하 유료주차장을 이용하는 것임.
