La vue, la mer et les piscines sont très belles. Mais les chambres étaient belles il y a 20 ans... pas du tout un hôtel chic... De plus, la formule déjeuner et souper inclu c'est un buffet de "tout inclu" vraiment très ordinaire.... Les chaises longues ne sont pas ajustables. On aurait voulu faire de la plongée et louer de l'équipement vers 16:00, mais la section de location était fermée. Le super market est un genre de bureau d'administration avec des choses à vendre... les lits sont ultras durs. La douche de notre chambre avait des tuiles changées un peu partout dedans; ça ressemblait à une vieille douche qui aurait dû être rénovée il y a 10 ans. Avec un rideau de douche en satin qui nous colle dessus... vraiment je ne recommande pas cet hotel. Vraiment trop cher pour ce que ça vaut.

Beautiful Hotel in a Great Location, But Some Details Let It Down We recently stayed at Castello Boutique Suites in Sissi, Crete to celebrate our anniversary, and overall, we had a very good holiday. The hotel made a wonderful gesture by upgrading us to a larger suite with a private side pool, which felt so special and really set the tone for our stay. The suite itself was stylish and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent every morning, and the staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t be better — just a 2-minute walk from the charming port of Sissi, with plenty of tavernas and shops nearby. That said, as this is marketed as a five-star hotel, we were a little disappointed by some details. Positives: – Thoughtful anniversary upgrade to a suite with private pool. – Beautiful, modern, and spacious room. – Fantastic location (2 minutes from Sissi port). – Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and quality. – Friendly, professional, and welcoming staff. – Relaxed, peaceful atmosphere throughout. Negatives: – Private pool jets and lights didn’t work; nothing was fixed during our stay. – Pool needed topping up and sides had algae. – No towel hooks in the bathroom; “do not disturb” system broken. – Daily housekeeping, but balcony wasn’t cleaned in 8 nights. – Cups and glasses not refreshed — had to wash them ourselves. No blinds/curtains: poolside window let in sun at 5am, back window was lit at night, affecting sleep and

The room we stayed in was beautiful couldnt fault it at all, really big and modern, i would say the rest of the hotel could do with a revamp its quite dated, the pool ares didnt feel very clean. The food was lovely, lots of choice. The bar near the beach was gorgeous with a beautiful view and rear garden where we proffered to sunbath. For the money it was a great stay and close to everything but i wouldnt say it was a 5* hotel.

It was perfect spot located near the beach and shops but not in the thick of it either so you could retreat away from the lively atmosphere when needed. Requested a sea view which we got however, felt uncomfortable using the balcony as the restaurant is below. The food was lovely with plenty of choice. The staff were mostly friendly. Only drawback for us was that despite being a paid customer, we felt the service could’ve been better with regards to the drinks. It seemed customers from the street got better treatment. It would e also have been nice is shower gel, shampoo etc was available. Only hand soap as the option. We would still come back though as it is set within a beautiful location.
