We had the beach to ourselves which was great.The cottage has some updates but could have used a good cleaning on the outside ... lots of cobwebs and dead bugs and spiders greeted us at the front door. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of hot water for showers. The hot tub was a nice addition and the beds were very comfortable.
