Sent around to back door because it was “closest to our room”. Door had sign that said lock was broken. We had to walk around to find a door that would work. Furniture in room was shabby at best and broken at worst. Staff at front desk was informative and helpful but inaware of the broken door. “I thought they fixed that.”

One of the best stays I’ve ever had, especially in Montana. Beautiful lodge, rooms, amenities, and spa area. The free breakfast was amazing, the lodge dog Oscar made us smile, and the views are unbeatable. I’m originally from the area and the renovation down on this property is astounding!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, all staff were extremely friendly and I just adore the two receptionists there. They were so sweet and accommodating especially because I kept extending my stay by a day not knowing when I was going home. And they were ready for me each morning to redo my key cards and were able to keep me on the same room my entire stay. Breakfast was always fresh and small amounts made at a time so there wasn’t an abundance of waste and things were fresh. But PLEASE get a Popcake(pancake maker)!!! I even looked them up for yall. That’s the only thing I missed from the hotel I normally stay at. There is something about those thin pancakes. Thank you Garner staff!!
