Gino & Monica were instant family. I always felt so safe and taken care of by both of them. I had no idea how special this stay would become. "We drove a classic car from Bristol to Sardinia and found this hotel on Hotels.com, what a gem it is, a fantastic location, brilliant staff, and lots of restaurants in the area. I did have an inconvenience, as the hotel doors let me out to my car at 3 AM, but would not let me back in, so I had to wait until 6.45 AM to get back into my room, which ruined the sleep during that first night at Baja Sardinia, however, the team on reception said that they would make it up to me when I checked out, so that was great. Back to the good points, of which there are many, Ricardo at the bar is brilliant, the reception team are full of smiles, and the team in the restaurant are so attentive, it is hard for me to be more positive about the hotel. I would have stayed longer, but they are fully booked, which is hardly a surprise, as this hotel is simply fantastic, "
