Welcome to our cozy apartment located in the heart of Ascona, the most enchanting town on Lake Maggiore. Perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway in a corner of paradise. Our apartment offers a perfect combination of comfort, elegance and ideal location, a few steps from the lakefront, equipped with all the comforts for an unforgettable stay. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing, with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen!

This bright apartment, can accommodate up to 5 people and is equipped with all the necessary amenities for an unforgettable stay. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing, with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area where you can enjoy special moments. The bedrooms are stylish and quiet, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom is functional, with a shower and all the necessary accessories.

The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. There are stairs to get into the apartment.   
There are no stairs inside the apartment and all the space is on one floor.  
  
Location:   
The apartment is located in a pedestrian area with limited access to vehicular traffic. During the summer, loading and unloading is possible in the morning until 11:30 am. For more details please you can contact the Ascona's police department. .
