"Im Canadian and this was my first time in astana. The cab ride to here at night was beautiful, I checked in around 2 am, and there was security and the check in was fast and simple, i slept like a baby, it was very quiet, clean, and very comfortable. For the price, I have zero complaints and am very happy. Id stay here again, I dont mind that its a bit old, it has character and there is lots of cheap food walking distance. "

"Location is great if you need to be close to USA consulate, however for 2 days no hot water in a property and wifi signal is extremely unreliable. Front desk staff is friendly and close proximity to everything."

"Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. "
