The hotel accommodated an early checkin, but proceeded to put me and my family on the ground floor where you can literally hear everyone’s foot steps above us as if it was a stampede. Is it generally supposed to be this noisy? I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never experienced this before. Zero stars

No ice on the first floor wasnt my favorite. We tried to go to the bar but it wasnt open yet and the bartender was a little snappy. We didnt wait for him to open after that and it made me not want to try the restaurant. I also paid for upgraded wifi. However, I was told by the front desk to retry so I did several times. Never got the better wifi service but I did get charged 5xs for the upgrade attempts.

The hotel employee who answered the phone was rude and even lied about being able to issue a refund. She said “third party reservation companies are difficult to work with and prevent the hotel from issuing refunds.” I called Expedia and they confirmed that the HOTEL denied the refund. I called Aubrey at the hotel again and she tried to deflect responsibility. Would not book at this hotel.
