Every Saturday morning you can experience first hand a traditional farmers market just below your window. Also 25 min away by foot, is Monastiraki square and the Flee Market of Athens, just next to the Classical Era Agora of Athens. 20 min away by foot are the shopping district of Ermou street and Syntagma Square, just across from the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Parliament Building. Moreover, 20 min away by foot are the prestigious Benaki Museum, the War Museum of Athens, and the National Gardens.
