"What an unforgettable place, with the wall of a fortress as a wall of the apartment. The area is very authentic; feels as though you've stepped back in time. We loved the history and character in Rodemack and highly recommend! The only drawbacks are the pullout bed's mattress was thin and rather uncomfortable and the internet is slow, but those are minor complaints. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the espresso machine is fabulous. This is a one-of-a-kind stay! Impressive!"

"This flat is on two levels, not ground floor with very steep corkscrew stairs that were very difficult to get baggage up and down. Had we known or understood that we would not have booked this house. We are all healthy, active adults (4 of the party are in their 20s and fit) and found the stairs to be very extreme.The doors on the bedrooms offered little to no privacy as they had yellow glass in the main panel and you had to position yourself when changing or dressing to allow for privacy.
