“Host was accommodating, answering texts quickly. He was all about giving guests their privacy. The property was well equipped, The place is very neat and clean. The pool was nice. The cats were friendly.”

“Home was a little smaller than pictures made it seem, but all in all it was very cozy. If you just need to spend the night in Jacksonville this is definitely the place! Host was very responsive and helpful. She let us check in early!”

“This is a wonderful property to stay in while birdwatching at Huguenot Memorial Park. After a long day of hiking and birding the room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Did not feel like going out so I was able to utilize the kitchen. Watched the sunset and the sunrise from the dock right on the river. I have already recommended it to friends!”

“Beautifully appointed, very "of the moment" design wise, really lovely carriage home. It's small, but expertly designed. Donny was responsive and helpful when needed. Great neighborhood within walking distance of shops in a beautiful part of Jax. The only issue (and it's a tough one to get right because it's such a personal preference) is that the pillows were not firm and a bit lumpy - for my taste. But everything else about the stay made up for it. We would definitely stay here again.”

“When I contact the host on the checkin details 2 hours before the checkin time, she told me the property was doubled rented and left me with no place to stay.”

“Good stay. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Second night had to listen to the couple above me arguing dang near all night. Wasn’t many people there so not sure why they didn’t spread us all out a little more.”

“The property was very nice! Two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were in town for a wedding so we had a very quick trip. The back had a great space to relax since it was cooler w were not able to use the pool. About 10-15 mins to the Neptune beach are with lots of restaurants and shops! The wedding was in Kathryn Abby Hannah state park. There are lots of activities/ rentals , and public beach in the park. We had a great time and would come back she. We can stay longer.”

“So close to the beach we walked every day! Sliders Restaurant right off the beach was perfect and welcomed us and our pups! We will be back”

“Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property.”
