Street parking is easier. Neighborhood is safe. Lines in valet, the only parking available, can have long lines so its easier to park in the street. If you get a balcony request the south side of the building better view.

This was the best Vrbo we have booked on A1A in Ponte Vedra. Every detail showed courtesy to its visitors. The view is perfection with the panoramic windows. The kitchen is fully stocked. It is impeccably decorated with a casual, yet polished vibe. We would love to stay at Ocean Paradise again.

This was the perfect stay for our spring break trip with 3 teenagers! The house is so unique and charming! It was very clean and accommodating. Walkable to the downtown district with tons of shopping and restaurants! Will definitely be back and rent here again!
