“This was an absolute 5 star stay. The house was on a corner lot and spacious. Very clean. The sound system in the game area was a huge plus. I love the area and the little neighborhood. My mom and i walked around and met the neighbors behind us and they were super nice and even gave us some plants to take back to GA. The beds we comfortable. The shower pressure in the hall bathroom was AMAZING! Ken was fantastic with communicating before, during and after our stay. Perfect spot. Highly……

“Property was exactly as listed with plenty to keep the kids occupied. The property is in a great location, where it is close to everything but you still have privacy. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of cookware and outdoor items. Fenced in back yard was a life saver with kids and pets! No issues whatsoever, stay was wonderful. The beds are great, but the huge sofa in the living room was beyond comfortable! We will definitely be back to visit again.”

“This is a good location just off Atlantic Blvd. We could not hear the businesses next door and yes they had crowds, even the washer/dryer (big) and surprisingly quiet. I'm a landlord myself, so the place was clean, everything worked, and we had no real issues. It was great for just the two of us and would like to return for future visits. ”

“We had a wonderful time at this property. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities on the property, and the location was ideal— 5-minute drive to the beach, 15-minute drive to Neptune Beach with excellent shops and restaurants, and a 10-minute drive to the ferry and Amelia Island. Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual)”

“For a place to rest and shower it works, it’s close to the beach and bars.If you have kids it doesn’t work to well, no dining table to sit at and eat meals. Pest control is needed there were roaches and spiders throughout the kitchen and bathroom. I couldn’t find any cleaning supplies to sweep the floor or the rug.
