I was told I could have a 4pm checkout to the airport but the manager declined it . I was charged 35 extra dollars. And would like a refund for this .. the first night I stayed the air conditioning was not working.. so they moved me to another room and said because of my health issues that my 3 extra hours of staying here was ok . I’m very disappointed

Comfortable room. Ac and heat worked well, quieter than most hotels. Big tv. Comfortable couch. The divider between couch and bed was nice for allowing someone in bed to not be bothered by person reading on couch.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at this hotel. There were a lot of cockroaches and flies in the bathroom, the refrigerator was not working, and the entire room had a very unpleasant smell. We checked in around midnight, so we stayed the night despite these issues. It was extremely uncomfortable and not the experience we expected. I was in a hurry the next morning and could not bring these concerns to the staff’s attention before leaving. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves its cleanliness and maintenance. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
