"It is a great place in great location however the hotel is tired especially for a very expensive terrace room. It is stuck in a time warp and worn out - bed, chairs carpets. The staff in the bars were very slow and poor, particularly at the poolside bar. The addition of a shuttle bus up the hill is great unless 8 Americans want to pile in as well and were abbusive to us and the driver. For 400 euros a night I also expected breakfast!!"

We had a street facing room with a galleria which was delightful, although it would have been even better if there was a table and chairs to sit out there. We were a little disappointed that the roof terrace was not useabe due to maintenance (October)."
