"This Bedeque property is in a prime location for daily travel to sights around the island. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and ice cream shops in nearby Summerside. Our favorite dinner was at a small shop with a very limited, but delicious, menu, called South Central Kitchen and Provisions. Holman's Ice Cream was our favorite ice cream shop, and we tried several."

"We enjoyed a great stay. The house was everything we could have expected. We used the house as our base for great road cycling trips around the island. The main road is scary, PEI drivers seem to have lead foot syndrome and race beyond speed limits. The side roads were great, with few cars and wonderful coastal views."

"If you are looking for a quiet & secluded escape overlooking a river and within a short drive to everything and everywhere this is the place. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's perfect and there's no doubt that we will be back!"

"Quiet, peaceful home with large indoor and outdoor common areas near the lovely town of Kensington, PEI. We stayed early in the season, so it was a bit too chilly to enjoy the outdoor fire pit, but there were bags of wood available. The cool breezes also made the floors cold as the home is raised on posts. The internet was surprisingly stable, but the satellite TV was not working while we were there."

"We loved the house and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Exactly what the pics show but nicer in reality! Very clean and comfortable, great location, close and central to everything and anywhere you want to explore on the island. Very quiet area. Was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Could use more basic spices. Highly recommend, and would stay again!!!"

"This was our annual sibling trip. There were 4 couples and one single. Everyone had their own sleeping room. We ate in 5 of the 8 nights and everything we needed for cooking was there! Have never seen such a well stocked home. We wanted for nothing. The house has the feel and look of old nostalgia but with modern updates. The yard, amazing! The views, spectacular! The cleanliness we arrived to, top notch!! Anyone who rents this fabulous home will not be disappointed. Can't say enough....thank...

"The property was exactly what we expected from the listing; modernized farmhouse, fresh airy breeze from the sea, comfortable outdoor seating and a large quiet ocean beach for the kids to play at. Kitchen is well equipped and the BBQ is great for a big dinner. Tom was quick with communication and had useful tips for the area. Great stay, highly recommend!"

"We had a lovely stay! There were plenty beds and they were very comfy. The beach was close enough to walk to and was still surprisingly warm for October! The gifts were a nice touch. Would stay again if i ever make it back to PEI. Thank you!"
