"I stayed 4 nights while enjoying a very short vacation in Buenos Aires. the first two nights there was a noise that wasn't constant but bothersome. A noise like a piece of metal against a wall. The third night, a very windy night, the noise was CONSTANT and did not let me sleep. I called front desk twice with no response. Finally, at 5am I went down to the Front desk and requested a change of room. They gave me another room y NOONE offered me to help. I moved myself from one room to another...
