The check-in process was seamless, even though the communication with the host for matters other than the check-in was rather difficult. The AC was not working properly. The building is quite old and therefore it was rather poorly soundproofed. We had an unpleasant experience during the morning where staff entered our room without knocking, twice! "Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und eignet sich perfekt für ein kleinen Kurzurlaub. Von der Sauberkeit bis zum Zugehör ist alles dabei und wenn die Sonne morgens scheint, kann man auf dem Balkon entspannt frühstücken. Als Tip für die Zukunft würde wir uns wünschen, wenn man den Fernseher mit den Sesseln tauschen würde. Dann könnte man entspannt bei schlechtem Wetter vom Bett aus einen Filme gucken können. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"Das Haus wird gerade renoviert und das Apartment was ich gebucht hatte, war ein Fenster defekt. Es wurde uns dann einfach eine anderes Apartment gegeben.Darüber wurde ich nicht informiert. Die Fotos für das gebuchte Apartment wurden von mehreren Wohnungen erstellt. Die Apartments sind mehr für einzelne Personen oder für Paare geeignet. Ich war mit einer Bekannten im Urlaub und jeder braucht nachts sein eigenes Zimmer. In dem Apartment war ein kleines Bett in der Küche und das Doppelbett separat...

Wir haben unser schönes Basislager auf Sylt entsprechend gefunden! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war - auch spontan - sehr gut. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen. "
