Your dream home with a distant view

First of all: Dear future guests. We want you to feel good all around. But this is only guaranteed if we can communicate. Therefore, please understand that we only accept guests who speak German or Spanish. Our holiday home has just been finished as your dream home for rent. (June 2019) The house has two bedrooms including two bathrooms, a very large living-kitchen area, a large covered terrace including a guest toilet and a sun terrace. The pool is 10 meters away. The house stands on a hill with a great view of the Algarve beaches. Everything you need is available.

a casa está em ótimas condições, tudo limpo, piscina limpinha, a vista é bonita, acessibilidade muito boa, perto de praias , o lugar e tranquilo, ficamos satisfeitos com a estadia, só a internet que o dono da casa teve um pouco de trabalho para que a empresa resolvesse o problema, mas foi resolvido. muito obrigado por tudo.

Die Lage ist schön ruhig. Das Haus ist ziemlich neu. Auf das Minimum eingerichtet... Bettwäsche und Handtücher,sind etwas zu sparsam vorhanden.Alle 14 Tage sollte es frische Wäsche geben.Und das bei Sommerlicher Hitze.Oder man muss selbst Waschen .Und wenn man Pech hat wird diese nicht trocken.Da das Wetter etwas wechselhaft war.Zur unserer Überraschung gab es nur eine Gemeinschafts Waschmaschine!!Was nicht aus der Anzeige hervor gegangen ist.Etwas unangenehm!! Ist ja eine Hygiene Sache!! Die Aussicht war schön.Aber leider war die Terrasse nicht zu benutzen.Ausser früh morgens oder abends.Weil keinerlei Sonnenschutz vorhanden ist.Und der Tisch ist Fest montiert,den hätte man dann je nach dem versetzen können.Wenn man etwas Schatten wollte. Das Haus hat 2 Schlafzimmer,und nach mehrmalige bitte um weitere Wäsche da man getrennt schlafen wollte,(aus gesundheitlichen Gründen)fand kein Gehör. Warum auch immer??? Wir hatten aufgeben.

Un alojamiento sensacional
Preciosa casita en planta baja, muy bien aislada por lo que la temperatura era buenísima en todo momento. Enclavada en un lugar tranquilisumo. La casa está nueva, y los dueños pese a que apenas hablan castellano, se esfuerzan y son muy serviciales. La piscina pequeñita pero ideal para dar un remojon a media tarde, ideal. Por poner un pero, un poco lejos de la playa (unos 25 minutos en coche) pero a cambio disfrutaréis de una tranquilidad excepcional y unas vistas a la desembocadura del Guadiana preciosas. Gracias Saimi.

Estancia perfecta buscando tranquilidad
Lugar muy tranquilo con buenas vistas. Bien situado para visitar la costa de Huelva y el Algarve. Son 3 apartamentos de 2 habitaciones, 2 baños completos y 1 aseo cada uno; comparten piscina y algún servicio como la plancha y útiles de limpieza. Ideales para familias, necesario coche, la salida de Costa Esuri es un poco pesada pero Ayamonte se encuentra a 10 minutos. Construcción reciente, apartamentos en muy buen estado, solo se echa en falta algo de espacio en la cocina y más utensilios y vajilla. Los propietarios viven cerca y estan pendientes aunque la comunicación no es fluida en castellano, muy agradable la estancia y para repetir en caso de vuelta por la zona. Hemos podido ver otros apartamentos de Costa Esuri y está por encima de la media.

Inmejorable
La casa de 11. Fresca, funcional y cómoda. Se echa de menos algo de menaje (vasos sobretodo, que se habrán ido rompiendo y hace falta reponer), pero el resto es mas que adecuado (ropa de cama, toallas, muebles y demás). La lavadora esta en un cobertizo y es compartida pero no hace falta mas. La zona donde esta ubicada es alta y tiene buenas vistas del Guadiana, la frontera con Portugal y Costa Esuri. Las viviendas proporcionan comodidad y privacidad, la zona es tranquila con otros chalets cercanos o en construcción. El parque infantil mejor a primera o ultima hora. La piscina a cualquiera. A los pequeños les encanta y esta perfectamente cuidada. Los dueños viven muy cerca y a veces se pasan a cuidar la piscina y el jardin. Repetiremos seguro.
